A Gentle Reminder

Theological Posture and Inclusion

Recognising and respecting the diversity of Christian beliefs, SACRED Intimacy does not intend to be a source of Scriptural, Theological, or Spiritual authority. At the same time, Christian faith underpins SACRED Intimacy and is intrinsic to its essence and ideas.

SACRED Intimacy warmly welcomes Christians of all denominations, backgrounds, life stages, relationship status, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and those that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. We hold the tension that individuals will have differing theological convictions. The invitation is for each person to walk their own journey of diligently wrestling with their faith and expression of their sexuality in a safe, grace-filled space.

Our Mission

  1. To provide faith-sensitive, evidence-based holistic sexual wellbeing education for Christian adults across Australia, single, dating and married.

  2. To empower Christians in making thoughtful, informed, values-aligned choices in their sexuality.

  3. To improve the sexual wellbeing and relational health of Christians, whether single or partnered.

  4. To encourage open, honest, shame-free conversations about sexuality and sexual health in Christian communities.

  5. To support Christians in recognising, celebrating, and stewarding sexuality as a sacred gift from God.
